What is Navi Founders

We help students build, launch and grow an initiative of their own.

The Founders

We built real things as teenagers.

Alongside studying the IB, Matyas and Morris ran real youth initiatives: boards, clubs, political debates, climate workshops, a national olympiad, international study trips. Through these years we built the framework we now use to help other high-schoolers realise their potential.

From the people we worked with.

Matyas is a Czech national debate champion, and through his debate clubs, workshops, and coaching he's closely worked with over 100 young people. Through his other initiatives, he led volunteer boards of up to 32. Here is what they say about him.

Debate club member · taught & led by Matyas

Read testimonial ↻

A month after arriving at our school, Matyas started a club and had 47 members signed up in a single day. I was one of them. He taught me from nothing, then ran the club for two years, judging all the debates and leading workshops. He worked with each of us individually, and gave us clear feedback. I became a better speaker and a clearer thinker thanks to him.

I've seen Matyas and Morris work up close, and they've helped me drive my own initiatives, like a podcast interviewing local politicians and a social-media campaign about the EU. When stuck, Matyas always brought the clarity to see the next step.

Damian Nemec

Board member · European Youth Grenaa

Read testimonial ↻

I served on the board of European Youth Grenaa while Matyas led it, and over that period we grew from 27 members to 180. I saw the work behind that number. Even while managing over 30 people he put a lot of work into keeping everyone engaged by connecting each person with the work they actually cared about. That was the only reason a volunteer organisation of that size could hold together.

The Method

A real thing you built, and the ability to talk about it.

01

A direction you're genuinely excited to lead.

We start by working out who you actually are: your strengths, what you notice that others miss, the problems you want to fix. The project emerges from that, so you genuinely own it, it's not just assigned. That's the difference between the thing you abandon and one you finish.

02

You build something real.

Over eight weeks you design and launch a genuine initiative of your own, whether a club, a podcast, an event, or an organisation. It reaches real people, exists publicly, and has your name on it.

03

And we make sure it actually ships.

You own the idea; we own the structure. Weekly one-on-one sessions with Matyas, assignments, deadlines, accountability. We don't move on until it's launched. Guaranteed.

04

You can tell the story anywhere.

You finish with a recorded pitch or a written case study: a clear account of what you built and what it says about you. It's exactly what selective universities and employers want to see, and it's ready for interviews, personal statements, and applications.

What's included

Everything you need to launch.

By the end, you've launched something real, and you have the project, the skills, and the proof to show for it. Behind that: a complete founder's kit, clear guides through any problem you might encounter, and weekly 1:1 sessions with Matyas.

Beyond week eight

We don't stop when the eight weeks do.

We see the launch through

We keep working with each student until their project is launched, however long that takes. The eight weeks are the start, not a stopwatch.

An open door, for good
